WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- Nationwide Shipping: 2-3 Business Days via Bob Go & Third Party Sellers
- Free Nationwide Shipping: 1-7 Business Day Delivery @ R0 (only valid for orders R650+)
If the wrong delivery option is chosen by you, we will manually change this. A tracking number will be supplied for all orders. All of the above is subject to change and our terms and conditions.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & PROCESSING TIME:
Your order is processed in 72 hours or less (excludes weekends or interruptions due to circumstances out of our control). Our Couriers door-to-door standard shipping in South Africa is within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas or for any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we make use of door-to-door delivery. A signature is required on receiving goods.
Delivery via courier service may be delayed due to high volume periods, peak seasons, weekends, public holidays, weather, strikes, hijacking of courier vehicles etc.
We cannot schedule your delivery. Our Couriers delivers according to its schedule. You can contact the courier directly to ensure that your package gets to you based on your availability and specifications. Please note we are NOT liable for late deliveries.
Please note that we do not service remote areas in South Africa. Orders for remote areas are subject to change in shipping price and or order cancellation resulting in a full refund.
We are NOT responsible for delays on shipments.
REMOTE AREAS
Please note that in most cases we DO NOT deliver to remote areas, as the courier may not service these areas. In such events, we reserve the right to:
- Request the client to collect package at a central designated courier pickup point in your area (shipping fees will still apply. Please refer to refund policy, should client reject collection from pickup point in remote areas, shipping fee may not be refunded)
- Cancel order and refund order
- Quote & invoice the client extra courier fees if shipping exceeds R120.00

We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost packages or delays during transit. Please reach out directly the courier for such issues.
With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on the destination. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. Delays may also be experienced due to Eskom loadshedding across South Africa.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification, SMS or Whatsapp notification, once your order has been shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.
You can track your order by contacting the courier directly. Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and that the customer is available to receive goods from the courier. Should you need to modify, track and or follow up on shipment, you will need to contact the courier directly to make arrangements.
THE COURIER WILL ONLY ATTEMPT DELIVERY 2-3 TIMES BEFORE RETURNING PACKAGE TO YEARN SKIN.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES VIA TRANSIT
Once packages are handed over to our courier partner, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen. Once a tracking number is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to locate package. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided. Should a package be lost or stolen via transit, an investigation with the courier company will be opened, based on findings we MAY issue a refund or credit to the customer. This process can take up to 14 business days.
Antidote Cosmetics’ warehouse is closed on weekends and the following South African public holidays.

We do not ship outside South Africa. Our operating hours are Monday – Thursday, 8am-4pm, and Fridays 8am-3pm. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.
